Senior Faculty (Karachi, Lahore, Sukkur)
Support the center business and build its image by providing quality education monitoring to the learners. Assits in enrollments through Word of Mouth (WOM).
Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom sessions, labs, online sessions and provide one-to-one guidance and counselling to the learners.
- Provide timely feedback to learners on their assignments, internal test and projects.
- Monitor the learner performance.
- Ensure conduct of sessions as per quality norms and delivery processes.
- Maintain all quality records and submits reports timely.
- Ensure acceptable level of average pass percentage score of student by providing quality training.
- Maintain documents as per ISO norm.
- Participate and delivers faculty improvement programs.
- Maintain and monitor center infrastructure resources and ensure that batches are not cancelled due to lack of infrastructure.
- Assists enrolment through word of month by providing quality training.
- Report on improvement in the courseware.
- Organize student loyalty programs.
- Report and table collective / preventive measure wherever possible on non-conformities reported/observed.
Skills
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
- Application Development in .NET (C#/ASP.NET/Winforms).
- Java (Language, JDBC, Swing).
- HTML/DHTML , CSS & JavaScript.
- Microsoft SQL Server.
Additionally Preferred
- Certification in Microsoft Technologies (Programming)
Qualification
- Must be MSCS | MSIT from any recognized university.
- APTECH Computer Certified Professional will be preferred
- 2-3 years teaching / software house experience.
